1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Social Paychex website, submitting a creator application, submitting a brand inquiry, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Who can use Social Paychex

You must be at least 18 years old to apply as a creator or to hold a Social Paychex account. By applying, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, provides false information, or is used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. For creators

• Creating a Creator account is free and does not require approval — your account becomes active as soon as signup is complete.
• Being active on the platform does not guarantee placement on any specific campaign. Whether a brand invites you or accepts your application to a given campaign is at that brand's discretion.
• Campaign invitations, compensation, and payment terms will be communicated to you directly for each specific campaign you're matched to — general information here does not constitute a specific offer.
• If you connect a social account, the analytics displayed come directly from that platform through an authorized connection. You're responsible for keeping that connection active and for the accuracy of any additional information you provide yourself.
• You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the specific usage rights you agree to for each individual campaign.

5. For brands

• Submitting a campaign inquiry starts a conversation — it is not a binding agreement to purchase services.
• Actual campaign work, pricing, deliverables, and usage rights are governed by a separate agreement specific to that campaign, which we'll provide once your campaign is scoped.
• You will not attempt to contact, solicit, or engage creators recommended to you outside of the Social Paychex platform and process.

6. Content and usage rights

Usage rights (organic use, paid advertising use, exclusivity, duration, and any related terms) for each piece of content are set on a per-campaign, per-deliverable basis and communicated directly to both the brand and the creator involved. General statements on this site do not override the specific usage rights agreed to for an individual campaign.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit forms or access the platform
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
• Circumvent Social Paychex to contract directly with a creator or brand we introduced you to
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual property

The Social Paychex name, logo, mascot, and website design are the property of Social Paychex. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Social Paychex platform, including any match recommendations or performance estimates, is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific campaign outcomes, creator performance, or business results. Creator analytics displayed on connected-account profiles come from that platform's own authorized API; other information a creator provides directly (such as portfolio links) is not independently verified by Social Paychex.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Paychex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

11. Termination

Either party may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (like intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
